What type of thumbnails can we make?
We can create any type of thumbnail! Check out our examples page!
What if I want to change something?
Each plan has a certain amount of change/revision requests! Keep in mind that requesting a completely new thumbnail can take longer then a simple change to the color or text.
How many thumbnails am I guaranteed a month?
Depending on the plan, we have different turn around times per thumbnail! Of course with each project our turn around times can vary.
Will all the thumbnails still be owned by me?
Yes! All of the completed thumbnails we edit are yours to keep! They are owned by you and you are free to use them anywhere.
How will I give you all of my files?
We will give you a Google Drive where you can safely upload your files for us to download! We will also use ClickUp where you can attach all assets directly to a task!
How will I let my team know I have a new project for them?
We currently use ClickUp for all project management! You will simply create a task for us, move it into the proper column and that will notify us! You can also message your team via Slack after creating the task.
What is the communication process?
We use Slack for communication.
Is there a contract?
No contracts on our thumbnail plan!
