Last updated: July 2026. These terms cover how Yami Vids (operated by Yami Tech LLC) works with clients on video production, AI video, and ad management projects.
Yami Tech LLC provides video production, AI-generated video, paid advertising management, landing page development, and related marketing services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for each project are agreed on individually, typically after an intro call.
Production work is billed as a flat project fee, generally with a deposit due before a shoot day or AI build begins and the balance due on delivery. Ongoing ad management is billed monthly, separate from the ad platform spend itself, which is paid directly by the client to Meta or Google.
Once a project is paid in full, all raw footage, edited video, and AI-generated video created for that project belong to the client, who may use it without restriction. Until final payment, Yami Tech LLC retains ownership of the work product.
Each project includes a reasonable number of revision rounds, agreed on before work begins. Requests that go beyond the original scope — a different location, a new script direction, an additional video — are treated as a new work order.
When we manage advertising on your behalf, you retain ownership of your ad accounts. We do not guarantee a specific number of leads, a specific cost per lead, or a specific return on ad spend — advertising performance depends on factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, and your business's own follow-up with leads.
Production projects can be canceled before work begins with the deposit refunded, minus any costs already incurred (such as booked crew or locations). Ad management runs month to month and can be paused or ended with notice as agreed in your project scope.
Yami Tech LLC will perform services professionally and in good faith, but is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered video, ad campaigns, or related materials.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Active project agreements are governed by the terms in place when that agreement was signed.
